How did you start your business?

During Covid, I realized that I could not enjoy retirement by sitting in the recliner surfing the internet everyday. For over 15 years I wanted to open a bookstore. So I retired from teaching and opened an independent bookstore offering new and used books. We are becoming a fixture in the community with book signings by Oklahoma authors twice a month, children's story time, and an event room. I welcome any Oklahoma Cal-Poly Humboldt alum to visit or to contact us with their special order for books.
