The secure online registration form payment is through the CASHNet system. If you cannot access the online registration form, or do not wish to pay online, please call (707) 826-3731 to register.
You will need Acrobat Reader or similar application to view and print this file.
You may fill out and print the PDF registration form on your computer.
You may also print it out and fill it in by hand.
Then mail it to the College of eLearning & Extended Education with your check, money order or credit card information.
E-mail is not a secure way to transmit your information.

Souvenir Shirts: May be available for purchase at event. Indicate size/shirt style on registration form, should shirts be made available.
Campus Housing: Optional on-campus housing in the Cypress residence hall is available for an additional fee for the entire week, single occupancy (when available) or double occupancy. You may request a specific person as a roommate.
Rates for the entire week include three meals per day (except brunch and dinner only on Sunday). You may also select lodging for early arrival (Fri., July 19) and/or late departure (Mon., July 29).

Withdrawal prior to the first class meeting there will be a full refund minus $25 administration fee. After program begins, there are no refunds.
