Drop and Refund Policy
- A student who officially* drops this course prior to 5 p.m., April 18, 2013, will be eligible for a full refund minus $10 administrative fee.
- A student who officially* drops this course on or after April 19 will not receive a refund.
*Please note: All drops must be “official;” that is, the request to drop must be in writing and be directly from the student to the Office of Distance & Extended Education. Students will not be officially dropped on the basis of a telephone call.
Failure to officially drop (and discontinue participation in the course) will result in a failing grade/non-credit if enrolled for academic credit (optional).
Request to drop must be made to Office of Distance & Extended Education. Drop requests may be delivered in person, mailed, emailed or faxed.
The HSU Office of Distance & Extended Education is located in the Student and Business Services Building, Suite 211 (2nd floor), and is open Mon.-Fri., 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
