The Information Technology Help Desk is available for walk-in, phone, and e-mail support:
Hours while a semester is in sesson:  
Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Saturday - Sunday: 12:00pm - 4:00pm
 
Campus open, but not in session:
Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Closed weekends
On days when the library is closed, the Help Desk is not available for walk-in assistance
 
The Help Desk is closed during Holidays and campus closures, including (for the 2011-2012 academic year):
November 24-27 (Thanksgiving)
December 24 - January 2 (Christmas/New Year)
January 16 (Martin Luther King Day)
March 30 (Cesar Chavez Day)
May 28 (Memorial Day)
