Carlisle Douglas, M.A., is passionate about self-care as the foundation of healthy lives and communities. Carlisle has taught courses in sociology, women's studies, social justice leadership, life-skills, and massage over the last 30 years and is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition Health Coach Certification Program.
