How did you start your business?

2021 is our 20 year anniversary! I started ROI with a small team of two employees in 2001. Our first client was HP and they are still a client today. We work with dozens of fortune 500 companies helping them improve their cultures and communicate effectively within the organization. Before I started the company, I had been working inside a large organization doing communication. This was my 4th business. My first business was selling hotdogs and tofu dogs from a cart on the square in Arcata while I was going to Humboldt! My business was called Humdoggers. :)
