How did you start your business?

This was very serendipitous. I started off as an intern under the former owner of the Pilates studio called, Arcata Core Pilates. She hired me on as the studio manager while I received my Pilates teacher training. After managing the business for about 2 years she asked me if I wanted to buy the business! I bought the business in 2019 and it has been the biggest adventure and most amazing journey yet.
