If you encounter ICE on campus

Current policy prevents ICE agents from engaging in immigration enforcement activities in “sensitive areas”, such as public schools and colleges, without specific cause, such as serving a legal warrant.  If you see or encounter an ICE agent on campus, University officials are available to assist you.

  • Students should contact the Dean of Students office:  707-826-3504
  • Staff should contact Human Resources: 707-826-3626
  • Faculty should contact Academic Personnel Services: 707-826-5086

We can also assist you in eliciting support from the University Police Department for verifying the legality of any warrants, court orders, and/or subpoenas, or you can call University Police at 707-826-5555.
