Health Benefits

Cal Poly Humboldt Health Benefits include Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage, along with other several benefit options such as Flex Cash and Health Care and/or Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts. 

Retirement Programs

Full-time employees that exceed six months and half-time appointments averaging 20 hours per week for one year or longer and part-time lecturers and coaches may become eligible to the CalPERS retirement system.

Compensation & Classification

Cal Poly Humboldt's Human Resource's Compensation and Classification program seeks to ensure that all staff and management positions are appropriately compensated and classified in alignment with the California State University (CSU) guidelines.

Our aim is to create an employee-centric experience which promotes a culture of diversity and acceptance among our students, staff, managers and faculty, and provides ample professional development opportunities for our employees.
