Application

Thank you for your interest in the Brass Chamber Music Workshop! We welcome participants age 18 and older.

If you apply before May 15, you will have first choice of week participation. Applications received after May 15 may not get first choice of weeks. 

NOTE: As of April 20, week 2 is full. Apply now for week 1!

Applications received after June 1 will be accepted on an "instrumental need" basis. No applications will be accepted after June 15.

Workshop fees

2026 Workshop Fee: $670 per week. Please do not mail payment. After completing the application, you will be directed to pay a deposit online.

For your application to be processed, you must pay a deposit of $335 dollars per week.

Upon acceptance into the program, the balance of the workshop fee is due in full by June 15, 2026.

There are no refunds on the workshop deposit or tuition once accepted into the program. Extraordinary circumstances will be reviewed by Brass Chamber Music Workshop staff and responded to within 14 business days.

A work/study program is available. If you would like more information, please indicate this on the application form.

Housing and parking must be arranged directly with the Cal Poly Humboldt housing office: https://hum.link/summerconference

2026 housing costs: Single rooms are $57 per person/per night. Double rooms are $46 per person/per night.
