Biography: 

My journey in mental health began with an interest in mindfulness meditation. Much of my academic career involved studying the impact of meditation on mental and physical health outcomes. I am endlessly fascinated in the mind-body connection and have experience working in various health care settings providing integrated care. I am honored to be able to support such a fantastic team of clinicians in the important work of student mental health.

Areas of Interest: 

Evidence-based practice in psychology, integrated health care models, social justice & health equity, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, trauma and resilience, harm reduction.
