Our Mission:
Welcome to the Office of the Dean of Students (DoS), where our mission is to provide support and advocacy for students always driving towards their holistic development. Our role extends beyond mere assistance; we are here to guide and educate students on campus policies, procedures, and expectations. Our ultimate goal is to foster the growth of students into productive citizens equipped with critical thinking skills, analytical abilities, and a strong sense of self-awareness and efficacy.
At our office, we engage in educational and developmental conversations with students to facilitate their learning, growth, and transformation. Through these conversations, we empower students to grow into their best selves, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to foster student accountability through a culture of conduct and responsibility, where students learn and develop through restorative practices.
