Lecturer - Sustainability & Environmental Justice
My teaching and professional work focus on the human dimensions of environmental change and interaction, emphasizing sustainability, environmental justice, and the relationships between people and place. I often explore these themes with students through applied, experiential learning opportunities. As a Sustainability Analyst at Cal Poly Humboldt, I also coordinate campus sustainability reporting, support student engagement, design sustainability communication campaigns, and help integrate sustainability across academics and campus operations. My interests include cultural geography, food and climate justice, Indigenous sovereignty, public art, and community-engaged approaches to building more just and resilient communities.
