About Us

The ERC’s mission is to shift public opinion of the queer community on campus and in the local area from tolerance to acceptance. We aim to create a safe space for students to learn about 2S/LGBTQIA+ resources, events, and organizations on and off campus.

The Eric Rofes Multicultural Queer Resource Center (or ERC) is named in honor of Eric Rofes. The center was established after his death and commemorates and continues his community organizing efforts around Queer/Anti-Racist/Feminist activism.
