Student Support Coordinator, Interdisciplinary Studies Individualized Degree Program (IDP)
Francisca is deeply passionate about supporting efforts that align with equity and inclusion, holistic wellbeing, innovative thinking, and education that feels more you—accessible, aligned, and creative. As the Student Support Coordinator for Interdisciplinary Studies – Individualized Degree Plan (IDP), she supports students in building customized academic pathways. She previously held student services and advising roles at the University of Nevada, Reno and UC Davis, where she provided academic, career, and personal advising to first-generation and underrepresented college students. She holds a Master’s in Education and a Secondary Teaching Credential from Humboldt State University, and dual B.A. degrees in Art Education and German from CSU Chico, including study abroad at Johannes Gutenberg University in Germany.
