Monitoring Wolfram App (Mathematica) Authentication Issues (Other)

We have confirmed that Wolfram App (Mathematica) activation through SSO is now working successfully on multiple campus lab computers. Wolfram has not yet officially confirmed that the underlying service issue is resolved, so we will continue monitoring the service. Members of the campus community who have encountered an activation error should try again now. If the issue persists, Wolfram recommends contacting its Customer Support team by chat or web form: https://www.wolfram.com/support/contact

Identified Intermittent Google Drive and Docs Issues on Eduroam (Other)

We have identified the cause of the intermittent issues affecting Google Drive and Google Docs while connected to Eduroam. We have contacted our vendor and opened a support case with them to assist in resolving the issue. We are continuing to work toward a resolution and will provide additional updates as more information becomes available.
