How did this program prepare you for your job?
The Child Development department has helped me empower as a parent and professional. I am aware of my own child’s growth, feeling connected to others, all the while understanding their environment.
What did you enjoy most about the program?
The department has built a strong foundational understanding of children's development in contexts of families and communities. I appreciate the lectures and the research and advocacy experiences that I have received during my undergraduate education in the field of Child Development and the passion that my professors and peers have stirred in me to become the professional I am today, an advocate for children and families.
