Xi Sigma Pi (RSOs)

About Us Xi Sigma Pi is a national natural resources honor society that aims to promote the advancement of the forestry related sciences through the encouragement and recognition of sound scholarship. We aim to maintain a high standard of scholarship in forestry education, to work for the improvement of the forestry profession, and to promote a fraternal spirit among those engaged in activities related to the forest. Founded in 1973, The Alpha Lambda Chapter of Cal Poly Humboldt focuses on volunteering with local community organizations, career-oriented opportunities and networking, as well as creating a scholastic environment for members. Membership Information Upon acceptance to the honors society, membership dues consist of a one time fee of $35. Upon Initiation at the end of each semester, members will receive a handsome, official Xi Sigma Pi certificate and graduating members will be able to wear our honor society stole for graduation as recognition of their active participation.
