Graduate registration to participate in a ceremony opens on October 1 and closes on November 12. The registration link will be posted and sent to eligible Fall 2026 graduates at this time.
All graduates must register by the deadline in order to participate.

Fall Ceremony Information
Ceremony start times have not yet been determined and will depend on the number of graduates who register to participate. Start times will be announced after registration closes, and all registered graduates will be notified of their assigned ceremony time. Ceremonies are likely to occur in the afternoon.
Registered graduates should arrive no later than 45 minutes before their ceremony start time to allow time for security screening and graduate check-in. Guests should arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony to allow ample time for security screening and seating.
Regalia
A black cap and a black gown are required to participate in a commencement ceremony. Caps, gowns, tassels, hoods, and more will be available to purchase online through Herff Jones from September 1 until October 23 at 8:59 p.m. PST.

Graduate Photos
GradImages photographers will be on hand to capture official graduation portraits. After each ceremony, graduates will be sent a link to preview their images, and there is no obligation to purchase photos. Pre-order commencement photos and get 20% off.
Commencement Flowers
Leis and other commencement flowers from Haggerty Designs will be available for purchase. They offer local delivery or pick-up options. Pre-sales are available and are recommended to ensure availability. The last day to pre-order is December 1. Limited supplies will also be available for purchase day of Commencement.
