Job description: Job description: Assist Senior Engineer in developing information needed to renew the wastewater discharge permit and implementation of the requirements once the discharge permit is renewed by the State regulatory agency
– Program Manager for long-term surface water quality monitoring program for Lower Sacramento River.
– Review water quality monitoring requirements; develop monitoring plan; estimate cost for the program; make recommendations to stakeholders regarding upcoming constituents of concern; and schedule outreach events.
– Develop information for permit application such as effluent flow projections, calculations for effluent limits and prepare reports/memos for Regional Board.
– Review scientific information and comment on policy implications.
– Developing data processing tools in Excel
