About Charlotte (Charlie)
Why did you choose this program?
I worked at a summer camp and fell in love with teaching in the outdoors. The EE program sounded like something that would allow me to grow this passion!
How did this program prepare you for your job?
I regularly use almost everything that I learned in this program. From public speaking, to planning and implementing lessons with our students. I am so glad I took this program.
What did you enjoy most about the program?
My favorite classes were always with Jenn Tarlton. She is an incredible leader, prepares her students well for the real-world and provided so many hands-on learning opportunities. My favorite moment was our class field trip to the Oregon Caves and camping!
What would you say to prospective students who are thinking about applying to this program?
If you are interested in the EE world, there is no better place to pursue this degree. There isn’t a program quite like it.
Go jacks!!
