How did you start your business?

<p><span>"We both met at Humboldt State University, where we got degrees in recreation administration, and we later worked as carpenters," said Dick, co-owner of Dick Taylor Craft Chocolate. "We've always been interested in how things are made. A friend of ours gave us a video of American chocolate makers, which was a profession we never considered."</span></p><p><span><span>Dick said he and Taylor were immediately fascinated by the process. "We bought some very small production machines, and I started making chocolate in my laundry room in 2010," Dick said. </span></span></p>
