Call for Q-Fest submissions

Q-Fest is a week-long event, from April 16-20th, that focuses on Queer Trans People of Color (QTPOC). The purpose of this event is to educate, inspire,and encourage students to pursue work in these fields as well as creating spaces for QTPOC through accessible resources/information. We also hope to show students that activism can take place in many forms and not just popular narrative of what we perceive activism to be. For the last day of Q-FEST there will be a student showcase and students are asked to submit their art work, film, poetry, short stories, dance or any other form of art that they feel helps address issues affecting the QTPOC community or that has helps them get inspired.
