National College Health Assessment Survey, due March 7. The survey can be accessed through an email sent directly to students on February 19 with the subject: “National College Health Assessment Survey.” Students are eligible for $500 worth of gift cards. This data is essential to help the university provide accurate and data driven Health and Wellbeing services including those provided by Oh SNAP, Check IT, and The Peer Health Education Team.
