Unlike traditional degree programs that require students to select one major or take on a double major, the Individualized Degree Plan allows students to create a major that combines multiple areas of interests to build a unique degree program. For example, students who want to focus on Game Design would take Computer Science, Math, and Art courses.
This 45-unit program consists of 3 core courses (9 units), plus a 36 unit individualized degree plan. There are three options for fulfilling depth and breadth requirements. Disciplinary depth is achieved through a required number of units in your areas of emphasis and multidisciplinary breadth through courses in two or more disciplines.
