Simon Oh

Simon Oh is a collaborative pianist who always seeks to be a trustworthy musical partner. He is a staff accompanist of California State Polytechnic University, Humboldt. As a sole staff accompanist of the university, he serves for faculty, instrumental students, vocal students, composition students, multiple choirs, and opera/musical workshop. He has worked multiple chamber pieces with faculty. He is always enthusiasistic for creating a tighter connection with all kind of musicians. He got a Master’s degree at the University of Oregon, majoring in collaborative piano. He studied under Dr. David Riley. His bachelor’s degree is in music composition from Hanyang University in Seoul, South Korea, under the guidance of Dr. Richard Dudas.
