Make-Up Exams are a 2-Step Process:

  1. Receive Approval from your Instructor.
  2. Receive Approval from a *CAREs Advisor 

Email dos@humboldt.edu to start the process for CARE approval. 

Include the following information: 

  • Humboldt ID:
  • Name:
  • Course:
  • Instructor: 
  • Tentative Date:
  • Tentative Time:
  • Reason for Make-Up Exam: 

*If you are a student registered with the disability office, please email sdrc@humboldt.edu to receive approval for a Make-Up exam.
