Artificial Intelligence (AI) is revolutionizing the way we work, communicate, and manage our well-being. This hands-on, interactive session will introduce participants to AI tools that can enhance productivity, streamline tasks, and support personal wellness. We’ll start with a brief introduction to AI and its applications, followed by live demonstrations of AI-powered platforms. Then, participants will break into small groups to explore AI tools tailored to professional productivity, personal well-being, and creative applications. Whether you're new to AI or already experimenting, this session will provide practical insights and real-world applications to integrate AI into your work and life.
