Leadership is a tricky concept to define. Almost everyone defines it differently and most people believe they know it when they see it. Hectic moments also bring into focus when leadership is needed and often highlight where it has been missing within teams and organizations. This workshop will offer opportunities for attendees to examine the differences between leadership and authority, identify the tasks needed from both, and practice applying leadership to hectic moments that can arise in their departments.
