Almost everyone defines leadership differently. Hectic moments and times of crisis can bring into focus when leadership is needed and often highlight where it has been missing within teams and organizations. This session (second of two) will offer opportunities for attendees to examine the differences between leadership and authority, identify the work necessary to sustain leadership, and practice applying leadership to hectic moments that can arise in their departments.
