Why did you choose this program?

The NAS intro hooked me. I always wanted to learn about my people and sitting in the NAS classes at HSU made me feel validated and cared for. They also gave me a hotter burning fire to help my people.

How did this program prepare you for your job?

The NAS program helped me better understand my people and their relationship or lack thereof.

What did you enjoy most about the program?

I enjoyed the professors and the feeling of home in the classes.

What would you say to prospective students who are thinking about applying to this program?

Take the classes, they always get more interesting and will assist in your identity later on.
