Instructions for Parents

To sign your child up for the Children's Center waiting list:

1. Visit the registration page
2. Log in with your Humboldt User Name and Password.  If you do not have an Humboldt User Name & Password, please call the Children's Center at (707) 826-3838.
3. If you've already registered, you'll see a summary of your information.  If you haven't registered, click the link to sign up.
4. Fill in all of the requested information about you (the parent).  Fields marked with an * are required.
5. Fill in all of the requested information about your child.  Fields marked with an * are required.
6. If you have additional children, click 'Add Child' and repeat step 5.
