Jared Coyle

Jared Coyle is a music educator and clarinetist with more than 20 years of experience teaching instrumental, vocal, and classroom music. He teaches K–8 music in the Fortuna Elementary School District and is a lecturer in the Department of Dance, Music & Theatre at Cal Poly Humboldt, where he teaches clarinet. He also serves as conductor of the Scotia Band.

Jared holds a Master of Arts in Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Cal Poly Humboldt. He performs regularly in chamber and solo settings and serves on the board of the Fortuna Concert Series.

He maintains professional memberships in the California Music Educators Association, the California Teachers Association, and the Organization of American Kodály Educators.
