Freshwater Middle School Visit
We were thrilled to host students from Freshwater Middle School for an engaging visit to the Humboldt-CIRM SRL to explore science in action. This visit marks the beginning of an exciting collaboration aimed at bringing hands-on laboratory experiences and educational outreach to local students.
2026 CIRM Stem Cell Culture Immersion
The 2026 CIRM cohort completed a one-week Stem Cell Culture Immersion at Cal Poly Humboldt, gaining hands-on experience in tissue culture and foundational stem cell techniques. The intensive course provided practical laboratory training as students prepare to begin research in their CIRM host laboratories.
