Nikon AX Confocal with NSPARC
Our facility utilizes the Nikon 10th generation point scanning system for high resolution imaging. The platform features a 25mm field of view and NSPARC (Nikon Spatial Array Confocal) super resolution technology. By combining high speed resonant scanning with AI driven denoising, the system provides sub diffraction limit imaging (100nm XY resolution) while minimizing phototoxicity for extended live cell assays.
