Propose a Brown Bag Lunch Online Presentation!
Are you interested in being a presenter for OLLI Brown Bag Lunch Online Presentations?
Brown Bag Lunch Online Presentations are offered at noon on Mondays, and follow a seasonal schedule that aligns with OLLI courses. (See the current schedule here.)
These presentations are informational sessions via Zoom that are free and open to everyone. The presentations last about an hour, with time for questions. Past presentations are archived on the OLLI at Humboldt YouTube channel.
If you have an idea for a presentation, we welcome your proposal, and thank you for your interest! See below for presentation timeframes and proposal deadlines.
When should you propose a Brown Bag Lunch Presentation?
Proposal periods open several months in advance:
Fall term
- Brown Bag Lunch Online Presentations are held mid-September to late November
- Proposals due: May 1*-June 15 (6 weeks)
Spring term
- Brown Bag Lunch Online Presentations are held mid-February to late April
- Proposals due: Aug. 1*-Sept. 15 (6 weeks)
* Spring 2026 proposal form will be open until November 15th at 12pm.
Summer term
- Brown Bag Lunch Online Presentations are held early July to mid-August
- Proposals due: Feb. 1*-March 15 (6 weeks)
* Note: If a proposal opening date falls on a weekend, proposals will open the following Tuesday.
