This information session is designed to support informed decision-making about your personal and financial legacy. Whether you are beginning to think about estate planning or seeking to refine an existing plan, you will gain valuable insights and practical tools.

We will discuss the essentials of creating wills and trusts. We will also explore how thoughtful planning can protect loved ones, reflect personal values, and create lasting impact.

This is a free online seminar being hosted in partnership with University Advancement.

Amy Hunt is a local estates and trusts attorney. She was born and raised here in Humboldt County and returned in 2014 after about ten years in other parts of the state. She practices exclusively in estate planning, trust administration, and probate, and is a certified specialist in those areas by the state bar. She lives here in Arcata with her family. Amy is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law and Partner at the Mitchell Law Firm, LLP in Eureka, California.
