Volunteers needed for new Student Legal Lounge program.

This new program will begin running at the beginning of the 2018-19 academic year, with a “trial run” this April. The idea is to have information about the law accessible to students at all time. Sometimes, this information will come from trained and knowledgeable students; other times there will be windows where one can make an appointment with a visiting attorney. In addition, there will be a-1 unit class taught by an Humboldt faculty which students can take as a prerequisite to attaining a paid position as a student. Student volunteers are needed to support this program. For more information, see the attached letter from student co-founder Brooke Holdren or email her at bmh410@humboldt.edu.
