101 on Broadway

A 0.6 mile section of 101 on Broadway will be improved with a 20 feet wide concrete pavement along with on additional 10" graded on each side to prepare for a 3 lane highway in the future, which is a goal of the highway division for the entire redwood highway. A steam shovel is at work cutting down the bluff along this portion of Broadway.
