Text: State Senter Carl Christensen announced that $33,000 for grading the on + off ramps at the 101/ 4th interchange in Arcata. The interchange will be construction when the expressway is converted to a full freeway the CA highway commission noted that Humboldt county is prepared to improve 4th st & extensions on New navy Base road + ORA as FAS county road project.
