Text: The Eureka City Council accepted the bid of Austin Western Road Machinery Company for supplying a 600 gallon road oiler with heating attachment. With the commissioning of this new street oiling machinery the streets will soon take on a new aspect. At a cost slightly & gravelling it is believed that oiled streets will wear much better & require less repairs.
