Text: The AEC issued a provisional operating license to PG&E for initial operation of its plant at Buhne Point. The plant should produce about a gross of 50,000 KW. Nuclear fuel will begin arriving in Sept. and operation scheduled to begin in Nov. A testing period of 4 - 6 weeks will be regd before the plant switches to atomic power.
