Text: RFD. Andy G. writes about the Hooper Bros. Mill in Trinidad in 1882 and states materials are on hand to extend their railroad another 4 miles to Big Lagoon. They plan to build on mill at Big Lagoon & haul the finished lumber to Trinidad for shipment out. They note that saw logs from RW around the lagoon can be rolled or chuted into the lagoon.
