Text: If arrangements can be made to secure 500 barrels of fuel oil per week, the Gov. dredge will came & dredge about 193,000 C.Y. along the Eureka water front from A street to Carson's Mill. There's a school built up between B & F. The channel will be dredged to 18' feet at low tide & 38' feet wide.
