Text: "Old Timer! Do You Remember When…" Good article on Felt's Springs, now called Mountain Glen Springs (1931). They are five miles north of Rohnerville and a half mile from the dividing ridge between Strongs Creek and Salmon Creek. Its at 1200' Mean Sea Level (MSL) in a circular basin 50 yards apart. The water is different in each of those springs. They were discovered in 1874 by men sent out by Dr. Felt to look for water. A hotel and cottages were built and the springs were visited by hundreds of people for the alleged medicinal value of the waters.
