Place: Humboldt bay Eel river Van Duzen

Text: This article announces the incorp. of the Humboldt bay and Eel river railroad. The proposed route is about 25 miles & runs south from a point on Humboldt bay at the NE corner of SW 1/4 of sec 25, T4N R2W & running to a point on Waits Slough where Heney's railroad terminates; thence up Eel River (east side) , cross the Van Duzen to the Van Duzen 4 miles to Yager Creek.
