Text: Little River Redwood Co. and Hammond Lumber Co. transferred deeds to their land and mills to the Hammond and Little River Redwood Co., Ltd. The value of the property was several million dollars worth and a mortgage for $4,250,000 was given to guarantee payment of an issue of $4,250,000 first mortgage at 5.5% gold bonds filed in the recorder's office yesterday.
