Text: Report issued by State Highway Commission describes what has been and will be accomplished with the $18,000,000 bond issue appropriated by the State Highway Act of 1909. It also describes the need for a second bond issue for $15,000,000. The report contains photographs from the Calif Highway Bulletin. The State Highways Act of 1915 appropriates $15M. The $15M will be put to a vote in Nov. 1916 of the people on whether to issue $15M in bounds. To, date 1,122 miles of paved state highway have been completed. 385 miles have been graded and graveled.
