Text: Articles of Incorp. have been filed for the Humboldt Brick, Stone and Powder Company. The purpose is to develop a brick, clay, and stone deposits recently discovered near Ole Hanson's Shingle mill at Freshwater. A rock quarry is to be started and the company has leased 10 acres for 20 years. An old miner, W.H.H. McCutcheon discovered it.
