Text: Bids will be received for and opened for a 9,200' feet piece of 101 north and south of Phillipsville and a 6,300' feet section just south of Mayer Flat. The Phillipsville piece will extend from Stegemeyer Bluffs (Southern end). Stegemeyer was a pioneer rancher who cleared a plot, put in a Orchard & was slain by Indians. His place is now owned by Col. G.V. Packer.
